I missed out on the whole Dangerous Journeys: Myths core books back when they were originally released. It wasn’t until after GDW closed it’s doors that I discovered Mythus Prime in a discount bin and picked it up for $5.
Welcome to the Mythus Prime fantasy roleplaying game. There are wondrous worlds awaiting within — worlds of palace intrigue, subterranean adventure, places forgotten by time, and whimsical ‘counter worlds’ where winged sprites and monstrous beings of evil dwell. Swordplay and sorcery, dragons and giants, alchemy and conjuration, the counter world of Phaeree and the temples of demon-servers — all these things and more are just the turn of a page away.
Basically, it was a revised and streamline rules of the Mythus core rules and it was quite enjoyable little game. It just give you tidbits of information about the world and what to find, I guess a primer to get you into Dangerous Journeys: Mythus rule book. I dust this game off every now and then for a rules lite night of adventuring.
